Potter Advises Real Property Owners to visit the Tax Collection Office on St. John to Establish Installment Agreement

Lieutenant Governor Osbert Potter advises all real property owners on St. John that a representative of the Division of Tax Collection will be at the Tax Assessor’s Office at the Islandia Building on St. John, Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 10:00 A.M – 2:00 P.M. to accept applications for those who wish to establish an installment agreement with the Government of the Virgin Islands.

All delinquent real property owners are encouraged to come in to pay or establish an installment agreement with the Division of Tax Collection at the Tax Assessor’s Office. All real property owners who previously entered into installment agreements, but have defaulted, are also asked to visit the office to re-establish payment arrangements with the Division of Tax Collection at the Tax Assessor’s Office.

Please note, the establishment or re-establishment of an installment agreement will cease all accruing interest and penalties.
