ST. THOMAS — Policemen here are requesting the community’s help in locating a man who went missing yesterday, VIPD Media Specialist Sakeeda Freeman revealed via press release today.

According to the release, Brian Adamitz, 35, (full image here) was last seen on Wednesday, November 4 by his roommate leaving his house in Pillsbury Heights on foot, traveling to work at Secret Harbor. He was wearing a black t-shirt with a Virgin Islands flag emblem, gray shorts, and carrying a black backpack.

Mr. Adamitz, a Caucasian male, is 6’4″ tall and weighs 190lbs. He has brown, short hair, and brown eyes.

If anyone has any information on his location, contact 911, 340-776-9110 or Crime Stoppers USVI at 800-222-8477911, 340-776-9110 or Crime Stoppers USVI at 800-222-8477 911, 340-776-9110 or Crime Stoppers USVI at 800-222-8477.

Correction: November 5, 2o15

A previous version of this story misspelled Brian Adamitz’s name as “Brain”, and listed the wrong month that he went missing. It was November 4, not October 5. Both errors came in the VIPD’s press release. The story has been updated to reflect the correct information.

I wear many hats, I suppose, but the one which fits me best would be journalism, second to that would be radio personality, thirdly singer/songwriter and down the line. I've been the Editor-In-Chief at my videogames website, Gamesthirst, for over 5 years, writing over 7,000 articles and more than 2 million words. I'm also very passionate about where I live, the United States Virgin Islands, and I'm intent on making it a better place by being resourceful and keeping our leaders honest. VI Consortium was birthed out of said desire, hopefully my efforts bear fruit. Reach me at [email protected].
