ST. THOMAS — VIPD Public Information Officer Kevin Jackson announced via press release this afternoon that several burglary-connected arrests had been made here between January 6-7.
Wednesday, January 6, at 12:17 a.m., Patricia Boyle, 50, of Chicago, Illinois was arrested and charged with disobeying a lawful order after having been involved in an incident that occurred at the Yacht Haven Grande. Unable to make bail of $1,000, Boyle was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
Thursday, January 7, – Stephen Frank Coleman, 48, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle at 2:45 p.m. with bail set at $10,000. Coleman was also charged with grand larceny in connection with an incident that occurred on December 28, 2015 where he was identified as the individual captured on video surveillance, who had stolen merchandise from a retailer located in Havensight Mall. Bail for Coleman on the charge of grand larceny was set at $35,000. Unable to pay that amount, Coleman was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

Thursday, January 7, at 4:55 p.m. Marty Leroy Glover, 54, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with third degree burglary in connection with three separate incidents. Glover was identified via surveillance video that captured him removing items from the Big Kahuna on the dates of Saturday, January 2, Sunday, January 3, and Monday, January 4, 2016. Bail for each incident was set at $25,000.00 (total of $75,000.00) and unable to post bail, Glover was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections, pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
Thursday, January 7, at 4:55 p.m., Ginger R. Grimes, 46, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with aiding and abetting in connection with three separate incidents. Grimes was identified via surveillance video that captured her assisting Marty Glover as he removed items from the Big Kahuna on the dates of Saturday, January 2, Sunday, January 3 and Monday, January 4, 2016. Bail for each incident was set at $10,000.00 (total of $30,000), and unable to post bail, Grimes was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.
