ST. CROIX — The Department of Justice has released the names of custodial parents with monies sitting at the Department of Justice’s Paternity and Child Support Division — some dating back to 2005, according to Attorney General Claude Walker — hoping that they will make contact and collect the funds — with lump sums of up to $5,000.
