ST. CROIX — Due to ongoing Water and Power Authority water issues, Elena Christian Junior High School, John H. Woodson Junior High School and the Central High School are being dismissed early today, according to a Department of Education public notice.

According to the notice, buses have been dispatched to the schools to begin picking up students to transport them to their usual drop-off location. Parents are asked to begin arriving at the schools to pick up students.
