Tang How Brothers Inc. wishes to congratulate all of its welding trainees for successful completion of their NCCER Welding Training Certification in SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), and wish them success in the future.
Federal funding for eligible customers was made available by the Virgin Islands Department of Labor.
