The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority on Monday advised customers of a planned service interruption on Tuesday morning. The utility said customers in the following areas will be affected: Morning Star, Calquohoun, Coble, Grove, Rainforest and Mount Pleasant West.
The service interruption will begin at 9:00 a.m., and service should be restored at 11:30 a.m., according to WAPA. The authority said the interruption is necessary to allow line department crews to perform maintenance on two feeders. Crews will be working in the area of the Mon Bijou intersection.
WAPA apologized for any inconvenience caused by this service interruption.
