ST. CROIX — The Virgin Islands Police Department is searching for two persons of interested in connection with the homicide of Joseph O. Brow, who was shot to death on January 1 at the Coconuts Nightclub in Mount Pleasant West, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte has announced.
The V.I.P.D. is seeking help to find 27-year-old Jahkim Santiago, Mr. Dratte said. Mr. Santiago is 5’11” tall, weighs 165 lbs, has long brown dreadlocks and brown eyes. He is slim-built, has light facial hair and is of a light complexion. The V.I.P.D. provided this image of Mr. Santiago.
The second person of interest is Kahlid Wilson, according to Mr. Dratte. Mr. Wilson is 27 years old and goes by the monika Jahlil James. He is 5’7” tall, weighs 170 lbs, medium-built, has brown skin and medium to short black hair. Mr. Wilson also has facial hair, according to the V.I.P.D. release.
The police force is asking anyone with information about the whereabouts of these two men, to call the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-778-2211, or send an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers USVI here.
