ST. THOMAS — The Virgin Islands Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old minor who was last seen on Jan 5 at the St. Thomas Behavorial Health Care Facility, which is a division of Seaview’s Adolescent Unit, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte has announced.
The minor is Hilary Paris, a slim, light complexion female, according to the V.I.P.D. Hilary is said to weigh between 118-120lbs, and is approximately 5’4” tall with shoulder length hair.
Hilary left the Seaview facility at approximately 8:00 a.m. on January 5 and was last seen wearing grey jogger pants, a black sweater, and a red, yellow and green-knitted hat along with a possibly pink pair of crocs shoes.
The minor is known to frequent the Oswald Harris Court Housing Community and Estate Thomas residential area, according to police.
The V.I.P.D. is asking anyone with information about the whereabouts of Hilary, to contact the V.I.P.D.’s Juvenile Bureau at 340-715-5542/340-715-5543/340-715.
