ST. CROIX — The Caravelle Hotel will be hosting a block party on Saturday evening as part of the company’s 3-year celebration of the opening of its casino arm. The event, which starts at 7:00 p.m., will feature two bands: the 80s Allstars Band, which starts playing at 7:00 p.m., while the second band, DSB (Don’t Stop Believing), goes on at 10:00 p.m.
The hotel is also giving away a Ford Explorer, however participants must join the casino’s Rewards Club program. The signup process includes furnishing a valid ID, full name and mailing address.
The giveaway will be held on April 26 in front of the casino, according to George Armstrong, marketing coordinator at Caravelle.
