23-Year-Old Man Shot Dead In Subbase, St. Thomas

ST. THOMAS — A man was shot dead in the wee hours of Thursday morning in Subbase, St. Thomas, according to V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte.

The incident occurred about 1:24 a.m. Thursday. Mr. Dratte said the victim sustained a gunshot wound to the body. Emergency medical technicians on the scene found no vital signs on the victim.

He was identified as Quinland Chetram by next of kin.
