Virgin Islands Delegate to Congress Stacey Plaskett will address constituents tonight at the close of President Obama’s State of the Union Address, according to a press release issued Tuesday from the congresswoman’s Washington, D.C. office.
Plaskett, who will be in attendance at the State of the Union, will provide a statement and response to the president’s speech in a live stream via the web on Kalalloo Network News Channel, found here. Click the LIVE button to watch White House TV.

The State of the Union Address is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. EST, 10 p.m. AST.
Plaskett, who is a non-voting member of Congress, told VI Consortium that one of the things she will “put forth” in Congress is to give U.S. citizens residing in any of the U.S. territories the right to vote for the nation’s president.
