Man Arrested In Connection With January Robbery Of Gas Station

ST. CROIX — Lawrence Greenidge of Estate Harvey was arrested last Saturday on a search and arrest warrant issued by the Superior Court for his involvement in the January 5 robbery of In and Out Gas Station, Kevin Jackson, VIPD’s Public Information Officer announced on Monday.

Greenidge, 36, was arrested on charges of first degree robbery; third degree assault; carrying or using a dangerous weapon during the commission of a crime of violence; grand larceny; brandishing; exhibiting or using a deadly weapon; and disturbance of the peace.

Unable to make bail of $75,000, Greenidge was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
