Mapp Administration Officials Display Confidence At Hurricane Danny Press Conference

ST. CROIX — The Kenneth Mapp administration displayed confidence at a press conference held at Government House here this morning in relation to Hurricane Danny, with several of the governor’s commissioners taking to the podium alongside the territory’s leader in the second floor ballroom, giving pertinent hurricane readiness details and making known measures already in place for the impending storm.

The Consortium will have full details on Sunday morning of preparedness efforts from each department that presented at the press conference, including Dept. of Tourism, Dept. of Planning and Natural Resources, Public Works, Human Services and the Dept. of Health.
