VIPD Media Specialist Sakeeda Freeman announced the following arrests on St. Thomas from November 15-17.
Wednesday, November 11, 2015 – Kenson Plasmound, 35, (address unknown) was charged with brandishing and exhibiting a dangerous weapon at 9:11 a.m., after being observed as the individual walking aggressively with a twelve-inch blade and swinging it towards oncoming traffic at Donoe Bypass Road. Unable to make bail of $25,000, Plasmound was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
Wednesday, November 11, 2015 – Thelma Frett, 72, of Hospital Ground, was arrested at 9:29 a.m. and charged with second degree assault after she admitted and was positively identified as the female who sprayed her sister with an insecticide. Frett was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.

Friday, November 13, 2015 – at roughly 5:48pm, Heidi Marie Mills, 35, (of no fixed address) was arrested and charged with grand larceny after she was observed on video surveillance removing items from 1st Stop Gas Station. Bail for Mills was set at $35,000 and she was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.
Sunday, November 15, 2015 – Derrick Mack, 57, of Tutu High Rise was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery, after he swung a fist at an officer while the officer was assessing a situation involving a disturbance of the peace incident. Mack’s bail was set to $3,000 and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections, pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
