ST. CROIX — Police have cancelled an all points bulletin placed on two suspects involved in Monday’s double homicide, V.I.P.D. Media Specialist Sakeeda Freeman said this afternoon; giving credibility to reports that the suspects had either been captured or turned themselves in.

According to Ms. Freeman, the shooting suspect has been identified as Noel Boyd of Lorraine Village, who was accompanied by Kareem Williams also known as “Little Click” and another male individual with a bald head at the time of the incident. Police did not release mugshots of the suspects.

The homicide victims were identified as 33-year-old Kayan Payne and 29-year-old Kanta Payne of Estate Grove Place. Both men sustained multiple gunshot wounds about the body. The third victim was later identified as Harold Willock Jr., who sustained a gunshot wound to his foot.

The homicide is under active investigation, and police are asking anyone with information regarding the this incident to contact the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-712-6024 / 712-6037, 911 or the anonymous tip service, Crime Stoppers USVI, at 1-800-222-8477.
