Mr. Dratte said that at approximately 12:22 a.m. on Monday, the 911 emergency call center received notification of the shooting incident, which occurred in Water Gut near the shanty.

Upon arrival to the scene, police made contact with an individual sitting on a chair outside Morena’s Bar, who was shot in the upper body. The shooting victim was transported to the Juan F.
