ST. THOMAS — The V.I.P.D. is investigating an incident that has been classified a dead on arrival (D.O.A.), which occurred at Frenchman’s Bay on Thursday.
According to V.I.P.D Public Information Officer Glen Dratte, at 8:30 a.m. today, officers with the Major Crimes Unit were dispatched to the Roy Lester Schneider Medical Center in regards to the D.O.A. incident, where they observed an unresponsive Caucasian male, who was identified by his wife as 48-year-old Jeremy Alan Kelly.
The V.I.P.D. did not reveal more details regarding the incident.
