The Dept. of Labor in collaboration with MedCerts, gave diplomas to over a dozen participants on St. Croix for successful completion of its first healthcare and IT certification program. Watch scenes of the ceremony, held on Thursday at the Juan F. Luis Hospital Cardiac Center. A similar ceremony was held in St. Thomas earlier this week.
