Army Corps of Engineers South Atlantic Division Commander, Brigadier General Diana Holland, was on St. Croix Tuesday visiting with team members responding to the call of duty through FEMA, following Hurricanes Irma and Maria. We interviewed General Holland during a bus ride to FEMA’s staging base, asking about the Corps’ priorities here, and advice on infrastructure development moving forward. Watch.
