ST. CROIX — This year’s combined Children and Adults parades, although getting a late start, turned out to be the right decision by the St. Croix Festival Committee, as the number of troupe participants this year dropped due to Hurricanes Irma and Maria disrupting plans.

Yet the troupes and groups that did participate made the 2018 parade memorable. Have a look at some of the videos below.
