At a press conference held at Government House on St. Croix, officials from the Division of Banking and Insurance, which falls under the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, along with officials from the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs and the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, spoke at length and in detail about the process of receiving property insurance payments following Hurricanes Irma and Maria.

They were joined by Lieutenant Governor Osbert Potter, and together released a dizzying amount of details about the claims process, all of which can be watched in the video below, or on our Facebook platform. (Stories go live Wednesday morning.)
