On St. John, FEMA is offering attractive deals. Find the St. John rates below:

  • Studio: $1,950 per month
  • 1 Bedroom: $2,316 per month
  • 2 Bedrooms: $2,878 per month
  • 3 Bedrooms: $3,608 per month

Before any property can be approved to participate in the FEMA Direct Lease program, FEMA will conduct inspections to ensure that the property meets a basic criteria, and considered move-in ready.  All units must be safe, sanitary, and functional, to include utilities, appliances and other furnishings.

Units will be assessed to assure that they have working smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, functional windows, and at least a fridge and a stove, among other assessment criteria.
