ST. CROIX — Police have captured 33-year-old Jimmy Davis, who was wanted on second-degree assault and simple assault and battery charges. The wanted notice was first issued mid-December 2017. At the time, he was said to be armed and dangerous.
Mr. Davis was apprehended on Monday at approximately 1:31 p.m. in the Estate Bethlehem area, in the vicinity of the National Guard Armory, according to V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte. Officers from the VIPD’s special operations and the criminal investigations bureaus located Mr. Davis and made the arrest.
