The Consortium’s Ernice Gilbert sought answers from FCC Chairman Ajit Pai on adoption of 5G in the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as authority within the commission’s jurisdiction to compel providers of cellphone and Internet services such as AT&T and Sprint, to improve their coverage in the territory.
