The V.I.P.D. is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old young man named Kevon Barclette, who, according to police, left the St. Croix crisis facility where he resided and never returned.

Mr. Barclette, seen above, is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, has a medium, brown complexion, and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, very light jeans, with his hair faded with twists, the front of which were blonde, according to police. He was last seen in the area of the seaplane shuttle near the Tortola wharf.

Mr. Barclette is known to frequent the Paul M. Pearson Garden housing community.
