ST. CROIX — The V.I.P.D. is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a 45-year-old man who the force said went missing on April 1, and hasn’t been seen since.
His name is Bienvenido O’Garcia, a Hispanic male born in the Dominican Republic, and was last seen on Sunday, April 1 in Williams Delight at around 7:00 p.m., V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte said.
Mr. O’Garcia is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds, and has brown eyes and a brown complexion, according to police. He also has a tattoo on his left arm which has the likeness of a faded eagle holding a snake, according to police. Mr. O’Garcia was last seen wearing black jeans and a black and white button down shirt.
The V.I.P.D. is asking anyone with information about Mr. O’Garcia’s whereabouts, or what might have happened to him, to call the Criminal Investigations Bureau at 340 712-6055, 340 778-2211 or 911.
