Starlight Lounge Celebrates First Anniversary With Supa Trakz Birthday Bash; Event Features Monea, Bugz Bugs And More

Entertainment / Sponsored Content / Virgin Islands / November 30, 2018

ST. CROIX — While it may appear as if the Starlight Lounge, Bar & Nightclub has been around for multiple years because of how quickly it has grown in popularity as the best club to host a myriad of events on St. Croix, the ubiquitous spot — located in Five Corners — is celebrating it first-year anniversary this week, and is doing so in grand fashion with a double birthday bash event on Saturday night, packed with performances, deejays and much more.

Doors open at 10:00 p.m. Saturday and continues into the wee hours of Sunday morning. Regular tickets are $30 and V.I.P. tickets are $100. A special all-inclusive V.I.P. ticket costs $175 and includes everything free all night, along with the amenities provided in the V.I.P. package. Eventgoers are encouraged to dress to impress.

According to Kevin Elliot, founder of Starlight Lounge, the vision for the company was to create an environment and atmosphere where people not only feel safe, but experience service and quality unrivaled in the territory as it relates to lounge and nightclub spots. Mr. Elliot also envision and executed a facility that offers much more than clubbing; Starlight Lounge also serves as a location where entities both private and public could host events such as year-end parties, meetings, ceremonies, birthday gatherings, private parties, wedding receptions and a host of other events — all of which the Starlight Lounge has already hosted, and in the case of the wedding receptions, has been booked for.

“I feel like we have accomplished our goals ten times over,” Mr. Elliot said, mentioning some of Starlight Lounge’s clients, among them Viya, Banco Popular, The Buccaneer Hotel, the Virgin Islands Police Department, Public Works and more.

The Starlight Lounge boasts one of the best V.I.P. sections locally. It comes fully loaded with all the conveniences expected, including private parking, free water, wine, juice, champagne and hors d’oeuvres, among other special treats. V.I.P. guests can view what’s going on in the main area via flat screen monitors. The painstakingly crafted room also offers private exit and entry, and comes with its own bathrooms for guests.

“You don’t have to leave the V.I.P. room if you don’t want to,” Mr. Elliot said. “And you can also have a private party in the room while a function is happening in the main room and nobody knows what’s going on in there.”

Importantly, Starlight Lounge’s security is known to be stringent, and the company has seen no incidents since its launch a year ago, according to Mr. Elliot. “We search down to the tee,” he said.

If you’re interested in bookings, call Starlight Lounge at 340-474-9983.
