Female Minor Missing On St. Thomas, Police Requests Public’s Help

Juvenile Bureau detectives on St. Thomas are searching for a runaway/missing female minor identified as 15-year-old Ashia Thomas and are requesting the public’s help in finding the girl.

Thomas was last seen on November 6 at about 5 p.m. when concerned citizens reported spotting her wearing her Ivanna Eudora Kean school uniform on a safari bus in the area of Tutu Park Mall headed toward town. She is described as 5’2” tall and weighs 200 pounds. Thomas has a brown complexion and distinctive bow-shaped legs.

Police say although the teen is labeled as a runaway, it is important she is located quickly for her own safety. They remind the public that anyone, including family members, who provide shelter to a missing or runaway minor could face criminal charges.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ashia Thomas is asked to contact the Juvenile Investigation Bureau on St. Thomas at 715-5540, 715-5542 or call 911.
