St. Croix Arrests: July 15-16

VIPD Public Information Officer Kevin Jackson announced the following arrests on St. Croix from July 15-16.

Terrell E. Johnson, 20 of Queen Street, Christiansted was arrested on Wednesday, July 15. Johnson was arrested pursuant to a warrant that was signed by Judge Brady for possession of stolen property. Bail for Johnson was set at $10,000. Unable to post the required amount, Johnson was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

37-year-old Jose Cruz was arrested on Wednesday, July 15 at 2:28 a.m. and charged with second degree assault in an incident where he strangled his female partner during a domestic dispute. Cruz was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.


Denver Ragguette of the Watergut Housing Community was arrested on Wednesday, July 15 at 9:45 p.m. in the area of Harborview, and charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm. Unable to post bail of $25,000, Ragguette was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

Kimari Jackson, 25 of LaGrande Princesse was arrested on Thursday, July 16 at 12:35 a.m. and charged with reckless endangerment for the discharge of gunfire in a housing community while engaged in a domestic dispute. Jackson was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.
