ST. THOMAS — A woman told police on Thursday that she was assaulted while walking in the Estate Honduras area, and that she had no idea who had beaten her.

The victim told police that she was struck several times about the body, which caused her to fall to the ground and lose consciousness. The victim also stated that she sustained several injuries during this incident. She was transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center via ambulance on Friday, where she was treated for her injuries and released.
