ST. THOMAS — A 50-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday for the alleged sexual assault of a minor on January 22, 2018, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte has announced.
In an effort to protect victims, in this case a minor, details on such cases are generally scant, however, Mr. Dratte said that at approximately 11:12 a.m. on Jan 22, a minor reported being sexually assaulted by Glenroy Francis Sr., seen above, who is 50 years old.
