ST. THOMAS — In a release issued today, Senate President Myron Jackson said due to a breach of security that impacted the Legislature’s Division of Legal Counsel on St. Thomas, the Senate Session scheduled for today has been tentatively rescheduled to Friday, December 28 at 10:00 a.m. in the Earle B. Ottley Legislative Hall.
According to Senator Nereida Rivera-O’Reilly, someone broke into the Legislature through a window of the Senate’s legal counsel offices. “We are not sure what was taken or if anything at all was taken,” she said.
