ST. THOMAS — The Virgin Islands Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in finding an 11-year-old boy who went missing at about 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.

According to V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte, the search for the child, named Wilson Forbes (seen above), was focused on the Hidden Valley and Anna’s Retreat areas in St. Thomas.

The boy was last seen wearing a purple t-shirt, blue shorts and blue slippers. He is said to like water and may be drawn to any nearby pools or open cisterns, according to Mr. Dratte.
